With mid terms creeping up like the flu season, it is important to know what you are up against. Even though teachers try to do everything to have you ready, sometimes that’s not enough. But on the bright side, there are things you can do to make this easier on yourself.
- DO THE REVIEWS- they might be annoying but the questions on it came right from the exam.
- If the teacher gives you the option to make a note card then take advantage. While doing the review if you see any problems you don’t know how to do or have trouble with, write them down on the note card.
- DO NOT STRESS OUT! You have nothing to worry about as long as you understand the topics discussed in class. Anxiety has never helped anyone. If anything, being anxious will make the exams even harder to complete.
- Testing for 2 hours straight might seem scary but you have 15 minutes in-between the two tests and after everything is completed, you get to go home. For all exam days, dismissal is at 11:15.
- Exams are worth 20% of your grade so it can really affect you.
Good Luck! Do not wait until the last minute to study and do the reviews because that will just add on to the stress.
